To be considered for the SIP, applicants must meet all of the following requirements:

• Availability & Commitment

  • Must be available for the entire 3-month duration of the program.

  • Must attend all physical sessions at the learning centre (minimum 80% attendance required).

  • Must commit to maintaining professional punctuality (lateness beyond 10 minutes counts as absence).

• Work Ethic & Attitude

  • Must demonstrate discipline, respect, and teamwork in a structured work environment.

  • Must be willing to take initiative, complete assigned tasks, and meet deadlines.

  • Must agree to follow SIP’s Code of Conduct at all times.

• Project & Performance Requirements

  • Must complete all assigned projects, presentations, and practical tasks to progress through the program.

  • Must be open to feedback, supervision, and performance evaluations from mentors/trainers.

  • Must maintain a professional portfolio/journal of tasks and learning outcomes during the internship.

• General Requirements

  • Must be a recent secondary school graduate awaiting admission into a tertiary institution.

  • Must provide accurate personal details in the application form.

  • Must be willing to represent SIP with professionalism on social media and public platforms.
